Our culture is built on a deep-rooted belief that a business like ours exists to make lives better. Following is a snapshot of what makes us who we are.
Inspiration
You probably know the character George Bailey from It's a Wonderful Life. Filmed shortly after actor James Stewart's World War II service as a fighter pilot, the movie captures his real-life personal anguish. The film also presents our business ideal: Bailey Business and Loan existed to improve the lives of its clients. We aim to live up to that ideal.

Working With Us
Wherever we are, we work hard and put the client first. Approximately half our team is located near our Carmel, Indiana office. The other half works from our other locations. Depending on the position, we may have opportunities for remote work.

A Note on Investment Interest & Talent
We are seeking to extend our capacity to implement our existing investment philosophy — not replace it with something else. If you have an investment orientation, we invite you to become familiar with our approach and ask us questions.
We are an Orion shop. Two members of our team are former Orion employees. We work to implement investment views highly efficiently across client portfolios while taking into account client-specific matters. Our technical expertise makes it possible for us to provide the high levels of customization—not to mention service—that we do while keeping our fees very competitive compared to what most clients pay elsewhere.
